Our “Job Rotation” development program enables our employees to gain an insight into a different division in the Schwarz Group. The program gives employees the opportunity to take up a role in a different area for a set period of time (between 6 and 24 months). Our colleague Alexander participated in the program for 24 months and reports about it.
The Entry Programs team supports our apprentices throughout their apprenticeship. To help apprentices – who are selected based on their excellent accomplishments – to reach their potential early on, we have launched the LAf project. Read more about it in the article.
