As controllers, we actively support the Schwarz Group and Schwarz Dienstleistungen management by providing uniform, tax-related information such as standard reports and special analyses in a timely manner. Analyses of markets and competitors, as well as Group-wide planning and projections, are also a part of our service portfolio. One of our quality standards for this task is the individual preparation of information in accordance with the demands of the principal.

Besides integrated systems and processes, it is important to us to support a new image of the controller as a sparring partner or business partner within the company and for our departments. With this in mind, we are continually developing our processes further and also work with new technology such as SAP HANA.

Schwarz Dienstleistungen Controlling

We are the main point of contact for all operational controlling topics within Schwarz Dienstleistungen. This includes areas such as reporting, KPI systems, and planning. Our guiding principles are the optimum supply of information, transparency, and good understanding of the processes on site, supported by an integrated system landscape with a high degree of innovation.

Group Controlling

For the Schwarz Group, we define policies, (quality) standards, and KPIs. These are used to create and analyze the standard reports, monthly profit and loss statement, and group-wide planning.We support our colleagues in the divisions by creating and providing comprehensive profitability calculations and sustainability KPIs, as well as market and environment observations, among other things.
